What I Believe
I believe that listening is not passive, it is an act of respect.
I believe many people are overwhelmed not because they are broken but because they are unheard.
I believe marginalized people deserve support that does not require explanation when given space.
I believe in listening without agenda, reflecting without authority, and holding space without claiming expertise.
My work is not to diagnose, or fix.
